URBAN IT provides SMS integration to customers through product extension commonly known as plug-ins. These sms plug-ins provide extended capabilities to integrate with various enterprise back-end systems such as LDAP, SAP etc.

SAP Plug-in for SMS Gateway:
The plug-in helps an enterprise to get enterprise business information on mobile through seamless integration of sms gateway with SAP using BAPI. The SAP sms plug-ins are used to push information on periodic as well as on demand basis.

LDAP Plug-in for SMS Gateway:
The SMS LDAP plug-in fetches contact related information from a LDAP (Light Weight Directory Access Protocol) server. This fetched information is then be used for sending sms alerts to selected/specified user from Global Address Book.
